His path leads him to difficult choices, culminating in a felony charge and a stint in state prison. Determined to break free from the destructive cycle, Ray turns his back on crime but faces the harsh blow of losing his son while still incarcerated. Sentenced to a halfway house, his longing to visit his son's grave sets off a chain of events that catapult him back into the clutches of despair.
